# Add Images to Your Products

> Upload up to four reference images per product. Set a default image visitors see. The first upload flips a product from Draft to Live automatically.

Images turn a product from an internal draft into a live item visitors can visualize. Each product holds up to 4 images, and the first image you upload automatically changes the product from Draft to Live.

## Upload images

    In your AIBCO dashboard, click **Products** in the left sidebar.

    Click the image icon (📷) next to the product you want to update.

  <Step title="Upload images">
    Click **Upload images** and pick up to **4 images**: JPEG, PNG, or WebP, max **10 MB each**. You can select several at once.

    Images auto-save. Click the X icon to exit. The product status updates to Live automatically.

## Which image visitors see

Only the image marked **Default** is shown to visitors. Hover any other image and click **Set default** to promote it. The extra images are not wasted: they give the AI more reference material and produce better visualizations.

  Uploading the same file twice does nothing. Duplicates are not added again.

<Tip>
  Choose visuals that clearly show the design or material so visitors and the AI both understand what is being proposed.
</Tip>

## A Live product must keep at least one image

A product without images stays in **Draft** and will not appear in the widget. Once a product is Live, deleting the last image is refused. Hide the product with its **Visible** toggle instead, or delete the product itself.
